What I Do

In case you couldn’t tell, I read tarot cards.

My approach to working with the cards is a lot like doing a picture prompt. If you didn’t do picture prompts in school, here’s what they are: the teacher projects a scene onto the board, then you write a story based on the picture.

And then what happened?

And then what happened?

When I lay out your spread, I ask “what’s happening in this story? Who are the characters, what are the big issues they’re facing (majors) and what are all the smaller circumstances surrounding them (minors)?”

My reading style is conversational and down-to-earth. You’ll feel like you’re just chatting with a friend. You won’t walk away thinking “okay, I know some of those words…I think…and she said I should do this…right?” No. You’ll smile, you might even laugh a bit (hey, I did say tarot is fun!) and most importantly, you’ll come away with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and what your options are. Tarot can’t force you to do anything (they’re just cards!!) but it can be a great tool to help you sort out your thoughts, the obstacles you’re facing and all the potential paths you can take to hop over those hurdles.
